Ordering Policy
Mostly our orders are either dispatched within 2-3 days, after when the order is placed. If a bedding product is backordered we will contact you by phone or via email. Please expect to receive your product within approximately 7-10 working days. Also please notice that the above mentioned delivery timings are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation
If ever you wish to make any changes in the goods that you have ordered from our portal you are always allowed to make them within 7 days after the placement of your order.

Exchange Policy
If the goods have been delivered to you and you wish to exchange your article due to the mentioned reasons, you can exchange with us without any delay, within 7 days after receiving your order.

Fabric quality
Color/design
Article Size

Damages Claim
In case of a damaged article, you have to inform us about it within 24 hours, to claim for an exchange item for your purchased product, and the same article will be delivered at your door by means of our free home delivery service

Order Return Policy / Exchange

Any item purchased during Sale or on Discount is Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable.

If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, your new article will be dispatched right after the purchased article is received by our team. Shipment charges will be taken care of by the customer, in accordance to the exchange policy.
The goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.

We are unable to accept returns of articles purchased online at our Bed & Bath online store.

Information regarding online shopping
We always try to make sure that the descriptions and the listed prices provided on our website are correctly updated. However, mistakes are inevitable and they do somehow happen. Although we are endeavoring to resolve them all at our earliest. Also in case if we ever find out any error that has affected your order, we will notify you about it directly. Apart from that you should also keep in mind that buying goods over the internet gives you a different experience in comparison to buying them from brand’s outlet or store.

For this, you must be aware of the following:

  • The color of bed sheets as shown on the website will depend on many factors – that can include your display settings as well.
  • Size and shape of the bed sheets may vary in real in comparison to how they appear on screen. We have also provided dimensions in the description for each of our product.
  • So it is your responsibility to thoroughly read all the details, of every item, that you are willing to purchase.
  • Pictures and images are just for the representation purpose. For an accurate idea you must meticulously read the written description provided with the item.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
  • We always try to do our best to deliver your product on the delivery date as it is decided on the email. But please note that all the delivery dates provided by Bed & Bath’s customer support department (either via website or through email) are estimates only and delivery dates may vary.
